PURPOSE
The NCS Booster Club is a ministry of the school organized
to help promote, support and improve the extra curricular activities of the school. We will assist in and
enhance the programs sponsored by NCS. We are an organization of parents, teachers, and interested individuals
working together to encourage every student of NCS to excel to the best of their ability in a Christ-centered environment
and to glorify God in all they do.
OBJECTIVES
- To organize the financial support necessary to maintain and expand student opportunities
- To promote interest in school activities
and increase school spirit
- To
improve communication regarding school opportunities and events
- To develop and nourish relationships between parents, students, & faculty.
- To encourage parent involvement, cooperation, and unity
- To support the school in prayer
OFFICERS
President – responsible for organizing and holding meetings
Vice President – assist the president and stand-in for President in his/her absence
Secretary – keep track of minutes for each meeting
Treasurer – keep track of donations, pay bills, and provide members with quarterly reports of all financial
activity within the Booster Club
MEMBERSHIP
There are no dues associated with NCS Booster club. We
encourage all parents, teachers, and interested individuals to participate in the club. Since the Booster
Club represents the school it is necessary for each member to follow the guidelines of the school and to always reflect a
Christ-like attitude. We should be a positive representative of our school in the community and promote
cooperation and unity between parents, students, coaches, teachers, and administration. All members and
officers shall pledge to conduct its financial and other operations in a manner which reflects Biblical truths and practices.
